How to Take Screenshots of Data in Excel and Send to WhatsApp and Telegram — We still often find people taking pictures using cellphones to send screenshots of Excel that are being worked on on a laptop or PC then the images are sent via WhatsApp or Telegram. The results of shooting a laptop screen are not very good and not sharp. There are better ways to send Excel screenshots via WhatsApp or Telegram.
If you are in a situation where it is not possible to log into WhatsApp or Telegram Web / Desktop, sending your captured Excel screenshot is not a problem. But if we can log in to WhatsApp or Telegram, the following methods can produce better and clearer images. Here are the steps:
- If you have installed WhatsApp or Telegram on Windows, you need to log in first. But if you haven’t installed the application, you can use WhatsApp or Telegram Web.
- Open the Excel file for which you want to send the screenshot.
- Block the cells you want to send the image to, then press Ctrl + C or right-click Copy.
- Open WhatsApp or Telegram web or desktop, select the contact to send the image to then press Ctrl + V or right click Paste.
That’s an easy way to take a picture from Excel and share it on WhatsApp or Telegram. Good luck.
